So, does anyone know the difference between food items?

like whats good or better or bad for our lizards?

I hear that silkworms are only supposed to be fed as TREATS?

butterworms
wax worms
super worms
meal worms

crickets & roaches etc.... im thinking about getting some roaches... are they worth it? My tegus are only approx 3-4 months old.. so they are still very small.. but they are wicked and knock down about 15-20 large crickets each every morning.... So im doing approx 30-40 crickets per day!!! thats 280 crickets a week! Instead of keeping crickets i thought maybe it would be good to try and feed a variety of worms?

thanks
