You can but it is not recomended. members of the genus blaberus have been known to hybridize. Also if 2 different genuses are kept together one will usually do well and the other won't. I've also noticed when E.prosticus is kept with other sp they will eat molting members of that sp.
So in conclusion your better off to keep roach sp separate
