Not sure if Tegus are like humans but...should I take out what they don't eat? OR can I just leave it in their enclosure for the next day if it's not bad. Will they get sick from eatting it? Fresh turkey daily? My albinos didn't eat very much. I'm going to run out and get them some mice today.

That's what I figured. I wasn't going to take the chance but thought I'd ask about it. Figuring in the wild a dead decaying meal is ok. Just not willing to tzke the chance with my animals.

I wouldn't leave it in there for extended periods of time, but if I recall correctly Bennett stated something along the lines of "one of the benefits of turkey is that you can leave it right in the enclosure." I am not sure if he meant for the day or overnight. He'll have to answer your question. I have alot of turkey questions as well, I have always used live rodents and insects, but figured I will add some turkey to their diet.
