Hello just wondering your thoughts on using top soil for mu columbian black and gold? Is there any problems with it at all? Thanks for any help in advance!

I like cypress mulch the best, however I have also used repti-bark, and eco-earth with my teiids - I 86ed the repti-bark due to an impaction in one of my Tegu's. I used about 1/3rd eco-earth -2/3 cypress with my Black with no problems, however it seems to be dusty when dried out - I've also used eco-earth in my Ameiva's enclosure, however since they only feed on crickets, I ended up with an infestation since they laid eggs in the eco-earth... _________________ 1.0.0 Ball Python "Albino"
