Here is the exact breakdown for those interested...

Nymphs : 100
Mature Males : 50
Mature Females: 100

Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches (Gromphadorhina portentosa) are large, wingless, live-bearing cockroaches that may be the best starter cockroach species. They start small, around 1/4 of an inch and grow to over 3 inches!! They are great food items for reptiles of any size from a baby chameleon to a large tegu or monitor, large tarantulas, and large centipedes. Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches do not possess wings like many other cockroach species. Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches generally live 2 to 3 years as adults, but some adults can live for up to 5 years.

Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches reach breeding size in 3 months. One mature female can produce about 80 nymphs every few months if kept at optimal conditions. Do the math, 100 mature females is not a "starter" colony! It's an instant established colony!

You may see "Starter kits" or "Mixed size" deals offered, but keep in mind you generally only get a few adults, and tons of nymphs. You will need to wait 3 to 5 months for those 'mixes size' roaches to get mature so they can reproduce. With 100 adult females and 50 adult males you could be offering those mixed size starter kits for sale in as little as 60 days just from your surplus!

Cockroaches make great feeder insects, as well as pets for those who have the interest. They also make you some extra pocket money when you have some surplus to sell. FlukerFarms(tm) currently sells hissers $2.00 each for nymphs and $3.00 each for adult. Go ahead and compare those prices to the deal I have to offer.

Unlike crickets, Cockroaches have a much better meat to shell ratio. Keeping cockroaches is easy, they live for upto 5 years (unlike crickets who live weeks). They have no real odor (like you find if you raise crickets). Cockroaches are a GREAT auto renewing feeding resource! No more buying crickets every weekend.

I am selling these 250 hissing cockroaches for $325.00, this includes free packing & shipping (within the US), including required heatpacks. You can keep & breed them for feeders and sell off your surplus as feeders or pets and get your investment back in just a few months.

Trades and offers welcome -> email@thetegu.com
