i got this bulb for my Beardie and the fn thing blew up it popped showering my lizard with glass she's ok but i had to put in all new substrate and clean her tank grrr im going to the pet store when they open back up on tuesday and bitching thats f'd up i pay 45$ and a week later the f'r pops GRRRRRRRRR

I've had to return a couple of these UV lamps (not the same brand as yours) before. Take all the packaging and what's left of the bulb with you. The shop will need to return this to their supplier in order for them to get a refund. They're more likely to give you one if they can claim it back themselves.

If you've thrown this stuff away, get them to give you a new bulb, but leave the packaging from this in the shop, and they can return that one.

well i'll try getting my money back so i can get a floresent bulb for my beardie and then get a mega ray for my othe lizard
