Hi Rick, I have tamed my tegu, although I did find he became use to the glove and still bit my hand, I allowed him to do this either tapping him on the nose or squirting water, I can leave my hand in the viv now, he'll sniff, lick but knows not to bit, I’m so happy been able to hold him for a little over the week now and would love to post some picture of max (maximus) so every one else can see my baby.
