There has been talk in the past and things have been coming together. Google has shipped a check for the ads that have been clicked on so I am moving forward with the T-shirt plans.
I just got back from meeting with the printer and this is what the shirts should look like.
These shirts will be for sale to anyone interested, but orders will be small at first because these are coming out of the money collected from the Google Ads you guys click on and not out of my pocket. As shirts are sold the money will go back into the T-Shirt fund. No profit will be made from these shirts.
Also, once a month we will do a random drawing or a game of some sort to do a giveaway shirt to an active member of the site.
Please give your input, the shirts have not been printed yet so we are still open to ideas.

That would be the back of the shirt.
Nothing has been planned for the front, but that is always an option. If people decide they would like text or something small on the upper right we can move in that direction too.

that's kind of what i was thinking to have a small "something" on the upper right part of the shirt, but as far as the back goes i really like it, and im planning on buying one _________________ -1.0 columbian black and white tegu

My only suggestion would be to lose the ground and try to give some
more dertail to his belly. Then make it's paws/claws coming out of the
ring the way his head/nose does. Make sense?

We could easily put "TheTegu.com" on the front right.
Cost has not been figured yet. I need to figure out exactly what they will be (black T-shirt, white 14" logo on the back, small 'TheTegu.com' text on front right, etc) and then I submit that info back to the guy doing the shirts. My guess would be that $15.00 each would cover the shirt, plus I'd need to charge a few bucks for shipping. This of course is just an estimate at the moment.
Right now the plan is to wait and order the shirts when the check from Google comes in, but there will only be so many shirts available at a time. The check from Google is $160.00. So at $15.00 each that's only 10 shirts. Once they sell I will use that money to order another 10, so on and so on. If people want to order a shirt and want to be 100% sure to get a shirt from the first order I could set up a PayPal button to pre-order/pre-pay for the shirt.
