I'm new to the forum, but have been in the chat for a while, at this point do not have a tegu yet, but look forward to an argentine black and white. As of now all I keep is a boxturtle and a leopard gecko. The gecko was a holdback from my friend who used to breed, but got out of the business, and the turtle is a resuce from texas. I've kept a few species of herps in the past few years, starting with red eared sliders about 8 years ago. I got into the hobby seriously as of about 2 years ago when I got my leo. I look forward to getting my tegu by september and hope to soak up as much information as i can before then.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Garrett

What part of California are you from? I'm moving to Sacramento in July.

Adelia: I'm about 45 minutes northwest of Sac. Roseville if you're familiar. I hope you will be attending the sacramento reptile expo in September icon_biggrin.gif

Dave: Will do icon_lol.gif

I didn't know there was one, but now that I do, I'm definitely going to be there. I can't convince my boyfriend to let me have another reptile. Maybe I'll just bring one home. Not much he can do about it then.
