Thats quite common especially if this is her first litter. Next time make sure you leave her alone completely and if she does it again then you might want to get a new breeder.

A new mouse mother will often kill one or all of her first litter because she is confused and doesn't know what to do. If it happens it's ok. It's normal. If she does it on her second litter then she should not be bred again. Sell her as a pet, keep her as a pet or feed her to something.

Mice are not generally cannibalistic. The only time I have seen mice eat other mice is if someone handles the baby mice and gets a scent on them that the mother mouse knows shouldn't be there, if someone forgets to feed them for a couple days or if one happens to die of natural causes and the others chew on it. Besides those rare occurences I have never personally seen a mouse hunt down and kill another mouse to eat it.
