A buddy of mine is a carpenter who does alot of custom work out here for the "Higher Class" of individuals. He has got some cool ideas. I think in the long run it is not going to be so much the floor I have to worry about but the walls. After a few months of constant Humidity I am not sure how well that will go over. However, I have managed to accomplished far more vigorous and much more sensless tasks.
