Hi Everyone,
I'm finishing an un-finished enclosure, it's made out of plywood and it's been used by bearded dragons for years, but the wood was never treated with anything. Needless to say, the wood has accumulated a distinct odour to it, so this weekend I'm borrowing a pressure washer, cleaning it, and I'd like to seal the wood with something. Is there anything besides exterior latex paint that would do the job? _________________ Visit www.reptileontario.com

There's nothing wrong with latex paint... but say I wanted to keep the look of the wood grain, would a stain suffice? If so, what brand would be best? _________________ Visit www.reptileontario.com

Polycrylic varnish works great. It's non-toxic and cleans up with water.
You will need to apply a few coats but it dries quick. _________________ 1.1.0 B/W Argentine Tegu
