You will have to wet the substrate down every couple days. Most people put plexiglass over most of the top to increase the humidity. Box cages with sliding glass fronts and tiny vents on the side are more ideal. The cool side does not need to get over the lower 80s. Also when wetting the substrates be sure not to get them too wet and tacky.
