i am sorry for not getting back sooner. work is killing me. chance is a 9 foot redtail boa. she may get 10-12 feet.
there has never been a reported case of a redtail killing a human in the USA.

male redtails get about 6-9 feet. females get 9-12 feet. 12 feet is very rare though. average female is 9 feet. chance weighs 60 pounds. but she is on a diet. i calll her diet 'ratwatchers'. lol

she means it figurativly, of course, i don't think that my mom really believes that it will eat my brother.... it would be funny if it did, i really am thinking about taking and dropping him off somewhere snakes DO get big enough to eat 8 year olds....
