Ok, guys.. here we go again. The last few scheduled chats were a blast.

In the last scheduled chat we randomly awarded a "The Tegu Community" T-Shirt to one of the chatters. The winner was "Josh". I have one T-Shirt left. It's size 2X, it will be raffled off randomly to one of the chatters at this scheduled chat.

Join us in chat on Sunday, Jan 7th from 8pm to 11pm EST (01/07/07)

If your friends have tegus or are interested in reptiles at all, feel free to invite them. I am sure there will be lots of tegu discussion, but we will discuss any herp topic of interest.

How do you get into our chat?

Option #1: (Connect with Java directly through this website)

1a) Click the 'Tegu Chat (IRC)' link.

1b) Click the 'Connect from the site' link on that page and allow the page to load...

* If you run into errors, blank screens, etc.. Update your Java. Download it from HERE.

Option #2: (Connect with mIRC, the easy way)

2a) Download mIRC from HERE.

2b) Install mIRC using default setting.

2c) Once mIRC is installed, click on this LINK.

* If you are fluent with mIRC you can connect to irc.herpsites.net and join #TheTegu

Option #3: (Connect with Java through HerpSites.Net)

3a) Goto Chat.HerpSites.Net

3b) Type in your username and click "TheTegu Chat",

3c) Press the "Connect to HerpSites Chat" button.

* Note that you do NOT need to be a registered member to chat with us through the Herp Sites Network chat server.

* If you run into errors, blank screens, etc.. Update your Java. Download it from HERE.

The scheduled chat was a success. There were various topics of interest and we had a great turnout. I would like to thank those who joined and chatted....
