Im no expert but it looks like a black and white to me..I think the columbians have a thinner look and longer snout.I think there is a way to count the facial scales to be sure.Click on helpful info I think there is an article there on it..

the best way to tell is by counting the loreal scales.. that is, the number of scales between the eye and the nostril. Argentines generally have two, while columbians have one. Another way is to recognize the scale pattern along the sides of the back. Argentines have two distinct 'lines', one on either side, running all they way down their backs. Columbians scale patterns are generally more random.
