Actually, it doesn't quite look like obesity to me. Looks like fluid retention. The feet, legs, whole body looks bloated. I'd definitely recommend you take her to a vet for a thorough examination.

That was my initial thought, although I hadnt heard of it happening in reptiles (though I guess theres no reason why it shouldnt happen to them!)/ The limbs in particular look swollen to me - my tegus legs are more wrinkly.

What could cause that? Is it the same as for humans?

After sending a ton of pictures to one of the resisdant experts it was decided to watch her carefully for a few days, seeing as she was eating, active etc.
I'm glad to report her feet and legs are no longer swollen looking! Now she looks wrinkley as she properly should. I'd post pictures, but my camera is apparently worn out, and despite buying two new expensive cards for it, it still won't work.
As soon as I get a new camera, I'll post new pictures for contrast.
In other news, Noah is almost as big as Gracie now!
