Compared to mice (i.e. pinky, fuzzy, hopper, etc)

I would like to get an idea, so that I will know when my guys are big enough to eat them.

BTW - I am talking about 1 day old.

Thanks

id say fuzzy sized, depending on quail species. if you are ordering from rodent pro i believe they use bob white quail. which hatch about fuzzy sized. my blue tongue can and does eat them.

i love feeding quail BTW lol

Thanks guys. Yes I was looking at RodentPro.com. I guess I got a couple of months before my guys are ready for the quail, they are still eating pinkies now.

Leonidas is 17 1/2 " long and weighs 202 g.I got him in October and he was just 2 1/2 weeks old.Right now I give him fuzzys and he seems to be fine eating them. Some times there is one that is a little bitt to big and he starts to gag a little, but not for long.I think I have to wait a little bitt longer until I can feed him the quails.
