Hey everyone, I just wanted to share an interesting story. I have a pair of bearded dragons (Among other lizards, dragons, herps, etc) that recently had a clutch of 19 perfect eggs, and one damaged egg. (Monitor food) The female is\was only 17 inches and slightly less than a year old. The male had some problems, he is\was only 14 inches. 3 Weeks ago was their first successful mating, and just recently their first clutch.
I was actually very surprised that the eggs turned out well, as the male is a runt and the female is under aged. Anyway, now it's just a waiting game of a few months in the hovabator. _________________ Animals: Too many.

Don't be surprise if the eggs to turn out to be fertile. The female is too young and you should have known better than to house them tegether at that age.
But hopefully the eggs will be viable for you. Hope you find homes for them, since they are going to hatch late in the BD season. There is an influx of many dragons on the market allready. I have 13 that are coming up on 2 months, just can't get myself to sell them nor give them away. There the best I have had so far.

Do you mean infertile?
I appreciate your advice, but I must point out a few things.
I don't house them together, it happened pretty quickly, i moved them into a rubbermaid on cage cleaning day, and bam. I wasn't planning anything, and to be honest I wasn't expecting the male beardie to do anything, he has had problems since day 1.
Anyway, the female is doing fine, she doesn't seem to have had any problems. She's eating fine, and has good weight again.
The eggs look good to me, hopefully they're fertile. I'm not expecting anything, I just found it interesting that an underage female has produced a nice (looking) clutch of (seemingly) good eggs. I'll just see how it goes.
