My question is, do they nest in deep burrows, like monitors, or do they build a nest from the surface up? Is it possible to nest them in a regular indoor cage, or is it too small and shallow for them? As I noticed, all of the breeders breed them outside, Rick, Bert, Vaynyard, or do you know anyone with indoor breeding success? Do you think it is possible?

Yes, a member here, Taucher76 did breed them inside, he also had a good clutch of eggs.

Here is his pictures of them: http://thetegu.com/modules.php?name=coppermine&file=thumbnails&album=34
