i have a golden tegu and would like if any one can to tell me the ruff size he should be as i think he is small he is only 7 months old as all pics ive seen of other tegu are babys or reaallly big thanks

well it all depends, i mean all tegus grow at different rates. I don't think you should be worried so much about his size as you should be husbandry. if everything is perfect then you shouldn't worry that he might be a lil smaller than the next tegu, i mean every person isnt as tall as the next, so its like that. As long as you don't have a 2ft tegu jammed into a lil 10 gallon tank and you have him in a properly sized enclosure, and he has a good appitite and everything else, size shouldn't make a difference to you. Just my two cents, but i can't tell you the average size of a col. tegu at 7 months, i just wouldn't know. sorry. _________________ -Art-
