As I said previously, I have seen it done with reptile pictures before - the one that sticks out in my mine was meant to be (I think) a massive water monitor, but it was pretty obvious from the size of the hands that the photo had been edited. Its usually the most immediate giveaway.

We're not all the kind of people that will leap at anyones throats here as well, in case thats the impression youre getting - it just seems painfully obvious to me that that picture doesnt look right, and I wouldnt like to see anyone mislead by it. By voicing an opinion, you may be able to help someone out. Its not all about condemning and griping.

agreed, me and johelian both have the same goal. to not see someone that didnt know better get mislead by a dealer. it happens all the time. and through posting on forums and picking apart the add we can prevent people being taken advantage of

Rian of Underground Reptiles bred these tegus. They came out of Paraguay, and are larger than the Paraguayan species. They do not appear to be the counterpart to the chacoan black and white tegus, but they do get about as big, as opposed to the dwarved reds that usually come from Paraguay.
