Is this just to good an idea of what you will need and what it should look like because ive just bought 5 8x4 pieces of plywood and 13 2x4's and tons of screws to build it. but do they sell kilz2 latex stuff in canada and if so is it still 5$ because my only other option is pond sealent and its 47$ before tax so yea icon_confused.gif

could you use cork board on the interior, to keep up the moisture and humididty? I always thought that was a good way to do it...also if you used plexiglass/glass instead of mesh on the windows how would you ventalate. on the sides or top?

I don't know about the cork board. to ventalate using plexiglass, you can take a look at this:

I'd be willing to offer up some of my suggestions based on my enclosure construction. I'm sure that I spent more on my enclosure than many would be willing to spend, but if cost if not a terrible obstacle, I did some things that make it much nicer to live with the enclosure on a day to day basis (like using laminated glass doors that I had custom made - wasn't THAT expensive really - $90 for both doors and they'll last forever and won't get scratched) and have them rolling on GOOD metal tracks with ball bearing sliders (those were about $100 by themselves). Lots of things will work. Some things make an enclosure nice for both the Tegu and the keeper(s). I also found that it's VERY easy to put too much venting in the enclosure, thereby making it next to impossible to maintain a proper humidity level. The only vents that I have in my enclosure are whatever extra space was created by drilling holes for lights and my misting system, and whatever air escapes through the small gaps between the sliding doors. Even with that, I have to mist to keep the humidity up - due to dry winter air or dry air from running the A/C in the summer. Anyway, if you guys decide to put something together I'd be willing to contribute ideas.....
