I'm new to Tegus but not at all to reptiles; I bought Frank's pair he had for sale and they arrived this morning, they are beautiful!!!
As for me, I have a bunch of critters plus two grown sons, I work and go to school also. I live in a tiny home just south of Houston but it has a nice big back yard where I grow veggies and roses.
I look forward to reading all the info here!!!!

It is nice to see that you are so happy about your new Tegus .Just be careful when you are going to let them free roam in your garden.They might eat all your veggies .(I live in San Antonio).What did you name them ? how old are they ?

I have not named them, I have to see how their personalities are first. Frank said they were adults, I don't recall if he gave me their exact ages.
