My red Karel has shed its skin after coming out of hibernation. Now some weeks later he again is shading its skin.
I am amazed its that quik after his former shading...
He is already 4 years old. Could it be he might begin growing again in a quicker rate now hes in a good home? (former owner didnt have him on right temp and as hes that small I am wondering how much food he did get in his youth which was with yet another owner) _________________ 1.0.0 T.rufescens

if nutrition was holding him back, then yes he can still grow a bit more. It is also possible that shedding after a brumation is normal and then after getting a bunch to eat after a long sleep, he is ready again. _________________ Bennett
