Fire Salamanders - My New Additions

So my husband and I had a couple of days off work this week and decided to visit a wildlife centre which also had a reptile and aquatic shop attached.

Whilst looking around and wanting to take everything home

I spotted some Fire Salamanders and fell in love, my husband wasn't so keen and took a couple of minutes of convincing but that done home with us came Fred & Wilma and I love them even tho they are nocturnal I have a real soft spot for them and they are simple to keep too

I love salamanders

I kepted a tiger salamander for about 15 years sadly died

was a great salamander even ate hopper mice at 15 inches was as big as some geckos

fire salamanders are great and colorful
