I'm going to be getting a ~20" B/W tegu soon, and was wondering if it will be fine to be placed into a 6ftx3ftx2ft cage and let it just grow up in there. All the feeding will be done in a seperate cage so finding food won't be an issue. Also, what wattage of Mega ray Flood UVB Lamp would I need for that tank?
Any other tips or adivce would be greatly appreciated.

most would say a 6.3.2 is "smaller" then needed but if u let it free roam enough it will be ok. i have a 25 in col. and 25in arg. in a 6.3.2 and its big enough for them. i dont know about the flood light. i use a 150 and 100 watt basking bulbs. most feed in different cages. oh and welcome to the forum/family. see you around _________________ 0.1.0 Colombian Tegu

well that all depends on the temp in the room. the distance from the light to the basking spot. _________________ 0.1.0 Colombian Tegu
