Does anyone here have any experience with a slate rock under a basking light that can give me some info? Does it get too hot? Not enough? Any info would be appreciated. _________________ Yes, that is my name.
slate rock is great , like any other rock you need to monitor temps and find out how many inches away from the bulb will produce certain temps on the surface. Then adjust acording to your target temp, I use bricks they retain heat and help with shedding too
