Im in a dorm and the size is pretty big for my small room but its worth it, its a Vision 400 with pull out drawers underneath to boost it up and add storage for mulch bags, mist bottles food, etc. There is a air filter/ionizer in between the 2 storage units to help keep the air fresh. Let me know what you think

The vision looks fine for now, although I'd get on the substate asap! That nile monitor is a different story! Not only do those screen cages suck (except for when they are being used for chams) but they are the WORST possible enclosure for a water monitor which needs some decient humidity! Rule of thumb = cage should = 3X animals length X 2X their height X 2-3X the width. If you must, please find that animal a new home! Being water monitors they should have access to a giant water bowl they can climb into and stay under for awhile!

Forgot to mention a 2-3ft nile needs more space then a 4ft tegu! Nile monitors (like most monitors) are VERY active.

Next to what John is saying about the nile...I think its a draught hazert...
Its much to small and to open: stresssss levels are way up!
He could end up becoming sick because off...well everything...
I would recomand giving it a nice and big enclosure with a deep and big waterbowl to soak in

The enclosure of the tegu could do with a bit more substrate yes and maybe a bigger hiding place...either that or a big level of substrate so he can dig in.
I asume that the dark thing in the right corner is a large waterbowl?
And what is the grey thing underneath in the middle?
If its humming or vibrating, take it away as it might cause stress.
