I noticed that pitbull guy too. I felt really bad for that red tegu. Is it just me, or did that tegu seem a little over weight and look as if he had been kept in way to small of a cage for a while? _________________ Same old circus, different clowns. The story of my life.

Curty you are right we don't need people like this on our forum.Now if he would be respectful and is serious about his Tegu than he is more than welcome here.I feel bad about the Tegu,too.But we also don't know what happened to him.So I think it is ok for me to feel bad about the Tegu but I don't want to judge him when I don't know for a fact what is going on.

I don't see nothing wrong with bringing old posts up.If I see a old post and I have a question about it I ask about the post.That's what I did at the beginning a few times.That's how I learned a lot ( that what research is all about ).It doesn't mean because it is a old post that what ever the post was about can't happen to your Tegu,too.It also doesn't matter that who ever posted the post isn't on this forum any more you still can learn some thing from it .

I agree but I mean if you ask a question about it and the original poster is no longer active. But he just posted on old threads to get people to look at his tegu, not to reply to old questions. About the no toe thing... mine has the same problem when i got him he had lost most of his toes because his first owner didnt know about the humidity thing. Yet I love him anyways. The first owner didnt realise that his toes wernt shedding so the circulation was cut off and his toes just dropped off. his shedding problem has stopped and he is now a healthy always hungry tegu.
you all are to funny.At first I thought it was nice from him to post some pics and than I viewed some other topics and like you all sad there was the same thing over and over again.I think it is some one that was bored late at night and was looking for some attention.Sorry if I'm being rude about it.I also feel bad for the poor Tegu with no toe nails.
Has anyone emailed him and spoken of their concerns. It really is more than most people would do, to post like that, but maybe he is a child, you never know. Txrepgirl, you seem to be sort of an 'ambassador' here because of your general concern and kindliness, perhaps you could send him a little note welcoming him yet at the same time letting him know that the spamming is impolite? If he doesn't listen and continues, them maybe more needs be done?
