Nice........i hav a 2yr old female beardy and got a black and white tegu this week,I try to handle him for a while everyday,he doesnt seem to mind being out of his tank but wen I first ry to take him out he does get a little angry but then settles once hes out,is yours the same way when tour taking it out??

Yeah, it's the initial approach to him that he doesn't like, but once he is held a while he calms down.
My beardies are two years of age too!

Cool I had a male too but he died How old is your tegu,mine is 6months,is yours male?

I don't know his age or his sex it was more of a buy and go situation.

Oh right,well here is the size of mine at 6 months so that might give ya a rough idea,I think yours is a good bit bigger,have tou had him long?

You did a very good job with posting those pictures they came out great .You have some very beautiful pets.I have two b/w arg.Tegus and a 2 year old male Bearded Dragon and some other reptiles.They are great.If we wouldn't run out of room I would get more .

Sweenox, I have had him for about a month and half or so now. I'd say he is the same size as yours.
I can't wait to build his new enclosure!

Ye I'll be TRYING to build one in a few weeks haha if it works out ok I'll build one for the beardy too,altough I'll prob just end up nailing myself to the wall or something
