i'm looking into getting a camera, needs to be digital, and 90% of the pics will be very close up trying to get details. so what kinda camera that takes awsome close up pics and doesn't break my wallet would you all recommend? _________________ 1.1.0 Arg B/W Tegu

The only two digital cameras I have ever had:
Olympus Camedia C-750 (stolen)
and the..
Pentax Optio 750z (current camera).
Both were going between four and six hundred when I got'em in 04'. So they may set you back quite a bit depending on your price range. Right now they would definetly set me back and I can't wait to get another Olympus.
Other than that the only thing I can tell you is, the type of camera you should get depends on what you want to do with it. Most cameras these days have pretty good zoom and MP options and won't break the piggy bank. Just depends on what you want the camera for, everyday pics, being able to blow up pics and images or taking pics of small things. Then you should look into other specs on the camera as well
