He is pretty big for a Dwarf Male.

Some of the pics are blurry but it is not easy to photograph a 10+foot retic that does not know how to move in slow speed.icon_biggrin.gif

He gets fed every 7-10 days. This is his monthy diet.

Week 1=4 Giant Rats
Week 2=6 pound Rabbit
Week 3=A couple 3 pound Guinea Pigs
Week 4=5 pound Piglet

He is new, I have had him for around 7 weeks. I have a lot of other big snakes also, but my others snakes I have raised since they where hatchlings.

I remember seeing the pics of all of your other snakes. you have quite a few ! that must be some grocery bill for you. I remember the green anaconda ...don't remember the other names though. I just remember my jaw dropping when I saw them.

are you able to handle all of them ?
if so was it right from the beginning or did you work with them ??

Would you reccommend Retics as a pet?
I'm looking for a new snake, and I've always loved retics.

lol, it cost around $2000-$2500 a year to feed all of them. I can handle all of my snakes with ease, the ones over 10 feet you don't really hold because pretty much go where they want to go. My Anaconda and African Rock Python where VERY aggressive when I first got them but after a couple weeks of working with them they became as tame as the rest of my snakes. I think I might post some current pics of my snakes.

I really do not consider retics as pets since they grow to such a large size that you can't really handle them unless they let you. Retics are very fun animals to work with and can make a great addition to a family as long as the owners understand that retics cost a lot of money to keep happy and healthy.
