don't they have that real, real sticky stuff in them ? I'm just asking from prior experience I got it on my clothes and it doesn't come out. their stuck.

Yes, pine as well as cedar has been shown to be toxic to reptiles.

Certain birds will nest in pine trees because the rat snakes won't climb the pine trees. The sap and vapors are irritating to the skin. I'd skip the pine cones on this one.

you'd think their'd be a sap-soluble solution you could soak pine in to leach all the phenols out with.
