I think my red might have some overdue shed on one of his toes. What can I do to get it off?

I pick mine, too...tegus, not really mine.

If it seems old and stuck, soak it for 20 min in a warm tub first, then gently pick it.

The old skin came right off after the first bath. With a little help from me none the less but still its off. It's also apparent that it would have been a major issue. There was a ring on his toe where it was obviously constricting it. So all good now. Tegu happy. Owner happy. LOL. Thanks for the advice.

Glad to hear that your tegu came out OK.
