Using the tiles to measure I'd say the enclosure is 2.5 feet wide, 5.4 feet long, 2.5 feet tall. I could be wrong so don't quote me. It looks good. I dont recall the species of tegu you have but if it's Argentine you may need to upsize a little once it's full grown, but that's a very nice looking enclosure. And I am either going to add on to that one or sell it to build the next one. And yes i sealed it before the tiles were put on. They are just the peel and stick vinyl tile $1 for one cost me 20 bucks for all of it.
