Is it dangerous to use a fogger for increased humidity?

What percentage should the humidity be at?

If you are going to use a fogger you want to put it in a bowl above the enclosure and let the 'fog' fall down inside through the top.

Those ultra sonic foggers cause pain and discomfort. I had looked into getting on for a frog we have. If you start the fogger it greats fog with an ultra sonic vibration. If you stick your finger over the source of the vibration (not touching, but just hover it above it) it will feel like someone is tightening a clamp on the bone of your finger without even touching the skin/muscles.

Obviously I decided if I couldn't take the pain for more then a couple seconds that I didn't think my frog would like it.

You can get 'misting' systems that you can set to spray for 1 minute every 2 hours or so. I just mist manually a few times as I walk by or after feedings.
