I'd avoid egg and only use it in an emergency. I use it only to scent the nutritional foods I want the tegu to eat or very ocassionally a part of a boiled egg as a treat. It is commonly believed the infertile eggs (like the chicken eggs you get from the store) can result in a lack of biotin if fed to your tegu too much.

Just give him supplimented turkey, crickets, worms (meal, super, silk), cockroaches, pinkies, fuzzies, hoppers, etc..

Remember to dust all insects..

I put repcal BD juvi pellets in with eggs as well as fruit and veggies. The pellets are high in plant protien

I have never heard of that being done! I may try it - I have stacks of beardie pellets lying around that my beardie stubbornly refuses to eat icon_smile.gif

I put bok choi, bean sprouts, lettuce(for filler), ground meat,chicken, boiled eggs, melon, grapes, BD pellets, crix and some worms. ALso add whatever other veggies/fruits that are laying in my fridge in.
