i fed mine fuzzies...now today..i got him a hopper..that hopper looked bigger than his head..but he chewed and chewed it...it took him 3 min to swollow it.. how many hoppers do i feed him a week..hes 18 inches

I'd use large fuzzies. The tegu should be able to eat it's food easily and if it's that much work there is a chance it will put the tegu off from rodents or worse, choke your tegu.

I feed mice about the same size as the Tegu's head - They should be able to get it down in 4 or 5 gulps, and I feed mice every other day - The day's in between, Turkey is served in portions equivalent the size of the mice I would feed ...

I would offer your Tegu, as many rodents, as it will eat. Throw in one, if he eats it, throw in another, and so on!
