I've always read that feeding your lizard
superworms is not the best idea because
there is the chance that the reptile could
not digest all of its shell and that could cause
problems. And I've had my tegu agentine blackand white
for about 2 days now, and she's refusing to go
to sleep in her cage. She was up all day and night yesterday
I finally took her out this morning and put her on my
bed and now she's goes to sleep. Thou I am waking
Tila up with all my typing icon_biggrin.gif any ideas on why Tila not
sleeping in her cage?

Regards,
Duron

Welcome to the site - The smaller the lizard, the greater the risk of impaction however I believe in moderation they will be fine - I feed superworms to my Ameiva as well for some variety from crickets, and being a smaller lizard - she seems to have no problem passing them - What kind of temps you got in the enclosure ?

why thank you XD good to be on the site XD
well right now its at 91deg but at night i drop
it to 75 is this too high? Oh I've been reading around
the place and can not seem to find out where or not
they have any shots that they need? I'm only asking
because I've once had a vet tell me that iguanas
needs some kind of shot cant remember what it
was for the life of me. Oh and most of the time
Tila just want to walk around the room or lay
be next to me is this normal and if it is how do
I kno how much time she should spend in the
cage, I want her to get her uv rays and heat so
she can digest properly. I kno I'm askings too
many questions at once but I just want Tila to be
healthly and live a well full life.
I think I worry too much.

Regards
Duron
