I hear everyone saying that you can feed ground turkey, but I'm just curious as to why no one mentions chicken?

I don't use ground turkey, but I will probably try it at some point. I have tried ground chicken with two tegus in the past as part of their varied diet, but it gave them runny stools, which could lead to severe dehydration. I am not sure if this is common, but that was my experience with it.

I see, thanks for the replies!

I may try a little chicken, but if I see any runny stool he will not get anymore. I was just asking because we have so much chicken in our freezer... But we have our share of turkey too.
