My tegu started out as just black and gold but now it is turning all white . Should it do that ? about an inch of its tail is solid white and the black is fading to like a grey , why ?

tegu's tend to "brighten" as they age. Perhaps a picture would help icon_biggrin.gif

I just went through a shed with Gooch and his colors got dull but he is now finished and he is brighter but he is not all white. The color change that he had was more of a dull greyish color from the old skin trying to come off.
