I assume your referring to Argentine against Columbian, as both are black and white.
Anyway, the difference is generally down to temperment, and the dietry needs are slightly different. A columbian is the smaller of the two, reaching only 2.5 to 3 feet, whereas the Argentine can gain another foot or so, and be a fair chunk stockier. Argentines are said to be easier to handle and train, but there are people on here who believe they can train columbians quite easily.
Basically, an Argentine will be less of a handful, if your husbandry skills are not experienced in these animals.
