i just fed him. i never knew how fast they were! he is a good jumper too.
after him trying to escape while on my bed i moved him back to his cage and put some CGD on a leaf. he eventually ate 1/3 of what i made for him. i used a 1/4tsp measure spoon and used 1 scoop of diet and 2 of water.
here are some pics. i didnt get any of him eating because i didnt have my cam with me. i got some of him running around afterwards tho.
does anyone have any tips on holding them? he is really jumpy and i dont want him getting loose in my room and hiding. he could hide really well in my room.
thanks. what do you think would pair with zazu nicely? im thinking of breeding him/her once i know if zazu is a he or she. i am thinking a high red colored gecko might pair nicely.
awesome!! i really want it to work out. i hope that Zazu is female so i can find a nice adult male to pair her with. other wise i would haveto get another baby and hope its not the same as zazu because i have heard that nice adult females are near impossible to get.

Wow very nice gecko, I do not know alot about them, but the thing that makes them so special is their eyes. They are so beautiful, why are they like this? Is it because they can see in the dark? Just like some snake? _________________ Ben3233

im not sure for sure but i would say thats a good guess. they are nocturnal. at night that slit opens up to a full circle almost changing hte whole eye black.
