He looks pretty content. Java, the Colombian I rescued, is pretty happy most of the time too. Once you know him and know how to handle him he does make a good pet. Colombians sometimes get a bad name. Though I don't recommend them for first time tegu keepers, I do like them.

He is still feisty at times like a Colombian, however seems to me just takes a little time to build trust - We keep an eye on each other when my hand is in it's enclosure, however he does not lunge at me at all, infact he now knows and trusts to come to my hand when I lay it open palm for him to crawl up on my arm - I will always be weary though - Once bitten =Twice shy _________________ 1.0.0 Ball Python "Albino"
