Hi
I am new at keeping tegus, and I was just wondering what you feed your tegus? I feed my tegus a mix of things in a bowl....here is what is in the mix http://www.reptilia.org/care_sheets/lizards/csheets_liz_omnivore.htm also I feed insect to my tegus as well.

As Drfish says - there's lots of info and discussion on this topic here. It also depends on the type/species and age of your tegu.
Most people here seem to agree that mice of the right size and insects (king mealworms, crickets, locusts, roaches) should form the basis of the diet, along with lesser amounts of lean turkey, eggs, snails, fish etc to supplment this, along with at least some fruit/veg.
No two tegus keepers seem to agree 100% on this though, which to me is part of their appeal!
