i have always heard that most of the vitamins in a banana are in the peel.
and in the wild wouldnt the tegu eat the peel as well.

i have not tried this yet but what does everyone else think it would do?

I always leave the peel on> He usually squishes all the insides out, then eats the peel after wards. If he leaves the peel, I just chuck it in with the crix as a gut loader for the chameleon and Bosc.
