Take the food away and try later - still no go - try in the morning - he will get the idea when he is hungry - Don't offer any other food in between ... _________________ 1.0.0 Ball Python "Albino"

If its a deep bowl, try a shallower one so that he can always see when there is food in it. Make sure its sturdy and wont tip as well, as if it moves about when the tegu leans on it it make get anxious and go away. I use a heavy pet dish at the moment, which is only about 2 cm deep and pretty wide so that he can pick out food easily.

I would use the same bowl as well - My Tegu's know their food bowls, and when they see it, they know there is food in there for them ... _________________ 1.0.0 Ball Python "Albino"
