tegu only care books

does anyone know of any care books that are just about tegus? all i can find are books about monitors and tegus mixed in. Thanks.

As far as I know, I've only ever seen one book solely on tegus and it's written in German:

Tejus: Lebensweise, Pflege, Zucht. Gunther Köhler & Bert Langerwerf, 2000. Herpeton, Verlag Elke Köhler, Offenbach.

You can order it from the German Amazon site, but I've never encountered it elsewhere.

That's not likely to happen for a long, long time. There's no real money in writing those books, and academically, no recognition for it either. Until I get a cushy position somewhere, about the only thing I'll likely be writing is science papers, grant proposals and government reports. I spend way too much time maintaining my collection, reading articles, and working on my research to have the time to actually put a book together.
