I'm almost done with my 4ft by 2ft by 2ft. It's all wood accept the front. The front will be glass for viewing the tegu. I will posting pictures of the enclosure later on. By looking at the enclosure, I think my 12in baby tegu will love his new home when I'm done with it. Will any of the wood debri cause any respiratory problems if my tegu accidently inhale it?

It should be no worse than the dust created by the usual substrate of Cypress, Aspen etc.

As far as i'm aware, it shouldn't cause any problems.

You could always paint the interior of the wood with some non-toxic paint to help seal in any loose particles...
